Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. delivered approximately 2,500 speeches during his public career, spanning from the mid-1950s until his assassination in 1968.

One of the speeches that many people do not know about is a speech that Dr. King gave students at Barratt Junior High School in Philadelphia on October 26, 1967.
